    Field Clerk – Short Job Description
    The Field Clerk handles day‑to‑day delivery, documentation, and customer‑coordination tasks to support smooth office and field operations. The role includes delivering invoices and IT materials, collecting courier parcels, updating delivery reports, and assisting with customer payment collections. The Field Clerk also supports basic office work such as filing, scanning, and document movement, along with any additional operational tasks assigned by management.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver invoices, office documents, and IT materials to customers.
    • Update and maintain daily delivery reports.
    • Collect courier/transport parcels and manage outgoing dispatches.
    • Collect payments from customers and submit them to the office.
    • Assist with basic office tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying).
    • Support field engineers with urgent document/material delivery.
    • Handle bank‑related tasks when required.
    • Perform any other operational duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Basic communication and record‑keeping skills.
    • Knowledge of local routes.
    • Two‑wheeler and valid license preferred.
    • Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
