1. POSITION OVERVIEW

2. ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Development Executive (Field) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through market visits, cold calls, and relationship-building with existing customers. The role requires proactive field activity, strong communication skills, and the ability to present software solutions confidently. The executive will represent the company in the market, ensure customer satisfaction, and support revenue growth.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Market Visit & Lead Generation
• Conduct daily field visits to prospective customers in assigned territories.
• Perform cold calls and introduce software products to potential clients.
• Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and generate sales opportunities.
• Distribute brochures, collect market intelligence, and build brand presence.
B. Customer Relationship Management
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships.
• Understand customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for support.
• Promote upgrades, renewals, and additional modules to existing clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
C. Sales Activities & Coordination
• Demonstrate software features during field visits (basic level).
• Schedule detailed demos with technical/inside sales teams when required.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending payments.
• Coordinate with office teams for documentation, billing, and service requests.
D. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate customer information.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure professionalism in all written and verbal communication.

4. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

A. Communication & Soft Skills
• Good verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
B. Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of software products (training will be provided).
• Ability to use mobile apps, WhatsApp Business, and Google Maps.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
