    2. ROLE SUMMARY
    The Business Development Executive (Tele calling) is responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calling, presenting software product information, scheduling demos, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

    3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    A. Lead Generation & Calling
    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce software products.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and confident manner.
    • Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for demos or field visits.
    B. Follow-Up & Coordination
    • Maintain structured follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions.
    • Schedule appointments for field executives or arrange online product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for demo arrangements, quotations, and support.
    C. Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain an updated database of leads, call logs, and follow-up status.
    • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
    • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communication and documentation.
    D. Customer Handling
    • Address basic customer queries and provide accurate product information.
    • Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly communication style.
    • Support marketing campaigns by calling targeted customer lists.

    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business
    • Ability to understand and explain software products (training will be provided)
