• Job Responsibilities

  1. Computer Hardware Support
  - Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and basic server hardware issues
  - Install and replace components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.)
  - Format systems, install OS, drivers, and essential software
  - Perform preventive maintenance and health checks at client sites
  2. CCTV Installation & Maintenance
  - Install CCTV cameras (IP & Analog) with proper alignment and mounting
  - Configure DVR/NVR, storage settings, and remote viewing
  - Troubleshoot camera, power supply, and connectivity issues
  - Conduct routine inspections and ensure system uptime
  3. Networking & Connectivity
  - Basic LAN setup, cable crimping, and network device configuration
  - Identify and resolve network-related issues affecting CCTV or systems
  - Coordinate with ISP or internal team for escalated network problems
  4. Field Service & Client Interaction
  - Attend on-site service calls as per schedule
  - Provide clear updates to clients and maintain professional communication
  - Explain issues and resolutions in simple, understandable language
  - Ensure customer satisfaction and proper service closure
  5. Documentation & Reporting
  - Maintain service logs, call reports, and installation details
  - Update ticketing system or supervisor after each visit
  - Report repeated issues or major faults for further action
  6. Equipment Handling & Safety
  - Handle tools, ladders, and equipment safely during fieldwork
  - Ensure proper cable management and secure installations
  - Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
